  There are five swords which were used in battle in ancient time in the war. They are as following:-

1. TOMOYUKI YAMASHITA'S SWORD:
                                                                     General Tomoyuki Yamashita, the commander of the Japanese Army, launched an attack with the 'Samurai sword' against the combined British, Australian and Indian forces whose strength was 130,000 in 1941. He succeed in conquering the British colonies of Malaya and Singapore with this sword.

2. EL CID'S SWORD:


                                    Tizona is the ancient sword used by EL CID, a castilian military ruler. He used the sword t fight the Moors in Spain in 1081 AD. Today, the Tizona Del Cid is one of Spain's most cherished and important relics, and can be found at the Museo de Burgos in Burgos, Spain.






3. NAPOLEON'S SWORD:
                                             A gold-encrusted sword belonging to Nepoleon, which he carried into the battle of Marengo in June 1800, was auctioned in France for more than $6.4 million. After the battle, Napoleon gave the sword to his brother as a wedding present.









4. WILLIAM WALLACE SWORD:

           He was a Scottish knight and one of the main leaders during the wars of the Scottish independence in 1296 AD. The two-handed sword that he used in the Scottish battle was five-foot-six inches in length.









5. SAN MARTIN'S SWORD:
                                                San Martin is known as the first protector of Peru and a South American hero. He owned a curved blade sword that he had purchased in London and used for cavalry attacks.

1. THE RAINBOW LORIKEET:
                                                    A species of the Australasian parrot found in Australia, eastern Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, New Caledonia, the Solomon Islands and Vanuatu, the Rainbow Lorikeet is small and brightly coloured. It is about 14 inches long.






2. THE GOLDEN PHEASANT:


                                                 Native to western China, the adult male is 90-105 cm in length, its tail accounting for two-thirds of the length of the body. Both males and females have yellow legs and yellow bills. They can fly in short bursts but are quite clumsy in flight.







3. THE QUETZAL: 
                              Considered as the world's most beautiful bird, this vibrantly coloured beauty lives in the mountains, tropical forests of central America where it eats fruits, insects, lizards and other small creatures. It is fairly large ( 32 cm or 13 inches long)










4. THE HOOPOE: 

                             Found across Afro-Eurasia, the Hoopoe is notable for its distinctive 'crown' of feathers. It is a medium sized bird, About 25 - 32 cm long. The species is highly distinctive, with a long, thin tapering bill that is black with a fawn base. A hoopoe is usually difficult to detect on the ground.





5. THE BIRD OF PARADISE:

                                               A majority of the species is found on the island of New Guinea, with a few seen in the Moluccas and eastern Australia. The species is best known for the colourful plumage of the male.

5. RACETRACK  PLAYA:
                                         It is located above the northwestern side of Death Valley, in Death Valley National Park, Inyo Country, California, U.S. This place is well known due to its sailing stones.
